Chepov & Scott, LLC was founded by managing partners George A. Chepov and Daniel P. Scott to provide legal services to the diverse communities of the greater Chicagoland area.
Chepov & Scott, LLC has a multi – lingual staff able to provide services to clients in their native languages, including Spanish, Polish, Russian, Ukrainian and Lithuanian.

George Chepov, a founding partner at Chepov & Scott, has been practicing law since 1992.
His practice concentration includes the areas of personal injury, workers compensation, real estate and traffic violations.
Daniel P. Scott
Daniel Scott is a founding partner of Chepov & Scott, has been practicing law since 1992.
His practice concentration includes real estate, corporate litigation, family law, traffic violations and criminal defense.
Nicholas W. Clifford
Nick graduated from John Marshall Law School in 2011 and received his undergraduate degree in Political Science and Legal Studies in 2006 from the University of Wisconsin.
Nick has concentrated his practice of law to personal injury and workers’ compensation.
Masha earned her J.D. from John Marshall Law School and undergraduate from Loyola University, Chicago.
Masha is a member of the Illinois Bar Association, Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, Chicago Bar Association and the Worker’s Compensation Lawyers Association.
Masha is a personal injury attorney who has dedicated her legal career serving as an advocate for clients who have suffered serious injuries.
Masha concentrates her efforts in the fields of both Worker’s Compensation and Personal Injury. As a litigation attorney, she has tried numerous cases to verdict in jury trials as well as before the Illinois Worker’s Compensation Commission.
Masha argued many cases before the Illinois Appellate Court in the both the Civil and Worker’s Compensation divisions.
Idene graduated from Golden Gate University School of Law in 2008, where he interned with the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime in Vienna and spent one semester studying international human rights law courses at Central European University in Budapest.
Idene’s practice includes general litigation in federal and state courts, as well as worker’s compensation.
Natalia A. Olejarska
Natalia graduated from DePaul University College of Law in 2015 and received her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Gender & Women’s Studies in 2011 from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
Natalia has concentrated her practice of law to workers’ compensation, personal injury, immigration, and family law.
Ms. Forlini earned her Juris Doctor with a Certificate in Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2016.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Excelsior College of New York and is admitted to practice in Illinois. While in law school she was a Merit Scholarship recipient, named to Dean’s List, and served as President of the Christian Legal Society and two-term Vice President of the Hispanic-Latino Law Student Association.
Ms. Forlini joined Chepov & Scott as an Associate in June of 2017. Her tenacity and legal acumen have allowed her to make significant contributions to the firm in a short period of time. She focuses her practice on personal injury, criminal defense, traffic violations and general civil litigation.
